Your order is considered accepted once you receive confirmation that it has entered production or has been dispatched.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We use trusted third-party payment providers to securely process transactions. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Production & Delivery

Every Hued Soul product is made to order.

Production and delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping & Returns Policy page and should be treated as estimates rather than guarantees.

While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control cannot always be avoided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns and Refunds process is explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size ordered
Incorrect colour ordered
Other customer preference decisions

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 28 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
