At Hued Soul, every item is made to order especially for you. Rather than holding large amounts of stock, your order is printed only after it's placed. This helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is produced with care.
Shipping
Production Time
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.
During busy periods, production may take a little longer, but we'll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
- Production: 3–5 working days
- Delivery: 1–5 working days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and selected delivery service.
Europe 🇪🇺
- Production: 3–5 working days
- Delivery: Typically 3–21 working days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Tracking information will be included where available, allowing you to follow your order until it arrives.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns
As every Hued Soul item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour
- Any other preference-based reason
We recommend checking the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing fault, or you've received the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the fault or incorrect item
Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please do not return any items unless requested, as we may first need to assess the issue from the information provided.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
