Returns
As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour, or other preference-based reasons.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 28 days of receiving your order at support@huedsoul.co.uk with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
